Zoundry was created as a helper for a shopping/affiliated program, that works quite well, so I’ve heard. Unfortunately they don’t sell in Brazil, so I only use the plain blog editor part of the package.

Forget about painstakingly upload your pictures using FTP or some web interface. Zoundry uses your blog API and uploads the pictures AND the thumbnails it creates automagically. Oh, it resizes the thumbs if you want it.
