How COME are you not using Zoundry? Shame on you, shame on you!

We’re talking about the Best, period. No more dealing with web interfaces, FTPs, server timeouts or browser hiccups. True WYSIWYG, tag-friendly, easy access to XHTML edit, supports plenty of blog platforms and call you tiger Friday nights. OK, I made up the last one, but Zoundry is capable of a lot more. Follow me…

Zoundry was created as a helper for a shopping/affiliated program, that works quite well, so I’ve heard. Unfortunately they don’t sell in Brazil, so I only use the plain blog editor part of the package.

A plain blog editor that’s amazing, astounding and will, for sure, enbiggens your blogging experience. Look at the supported platforms:

  • Community Server
  • Blogger.com
  • BlogHarbor
  • Blogware
  • DasBlog
  • Drupal
  • Lifetype (pLog)
  • LiveJournal
  • MSN Spaces
  • Nucleus
  • Six Appart Movable Type Server
  • Roller
  • SquareSpace
  • TextPattern
  • TypePad (ATOM API)
  • TypePad (MT API)
  • Wordpress
  • Wordpress.com
  • Xaraya
  • Xoops
  • Custom ATOM API
  • Custom LiveJournal API
  • Custom MetaWeblog API
  • Custom MovableType API
  • Custom Blogger V1 API
  • Custom Blogger V2 API

Zoundry lists your posts by blog, by date links in the posts or by tags.

It’s the only editor that can show all the posts you’ve wrote with a specific link, imagine how easy is to update a link using such feature. With ready-made tags to Technorati, Flickr, Del.icio.us and other services, it’s a Web 2.0 friendly editor.

Forget about painstakingly upload your pictures using FTP or some web interface. Zoundry uses your blog API and uploads the pictures AND the thumbnails it creates automagically. Oh, it resizes the thumbs if you want it.

Changed something? No problemo. Update the entry, without uploading the pictures again. Saves time and bandwidth. If you have 5 blogs, dealing with them at the same time is very, very messy. Lots of tabs, Firefox grasping for memory… With Zoundry your posts are stored locally, changing posts is just a click away.

I usually have 6 or 7 posts under variable stages of completion. If I want to change the target blog of an entry, I’m just a click away.

Try Zoundry. Try it RIGHT NOW.

  1. Sounds great, except it can’t really be the best blog editor in the universe if it doesn’t support widely used systems like OS X and Linux.

Maybe you should change it to: the best blog editor in the Windows universe. Many of us live outside of that universe…
